Drive Through Testing Centre Specification
Each testing station structure is 9 m x 6 m on 3 m eave height legs using the industry standard 94 mm x 48 mm profile. The structure is then built over a cabin.
Structure.
9 m x 6 m on 3 m legs, using 0.7 m leg extensions, or a full 3 m leg.
No need for PVC gables or gables legs to be fitted, allowing high sided vehicles to pass underneath the structures adequately.

2 x 3 m x 3 m PVC wall, either two part dutch lace or one piece.

Each site has different requirements,
The default method to secure the structure is to weight the structure using concrete blocks. A one tonne block (these will be supplied) should be placed on each footplate of each of the three side legs. On the opposite side of the structure (cabin side), we are to ratchet from the eaves directly to the cabin support legs, or other suitable securing places. No weight block are provided to this side. Minimum of 5 tonne ratchet straps to be supplied and fitted with the marquee equipment.
The photo below is an example of how the ratchet strap formation. This formation uses 5 x 5 tonne ratchets on the ‘non cabin’ side of the structure. This is required on all structures.
