I Need a Tent

The Coronavirus testing tent can come in a range of sizes from as small as 3 m x 3 m, right up to 20 metres wide. The structures are sectional, so the tents can be used in a variety of ways.

The marquees can be separated into individual sections, allowing for the testing of numerous individuals at anyone time, or stand alone structures to cater for just one person, medical staff and equipment.

The marquee testing structures can be set up at hospital car parks or Doctors surgeries, University campus, railway stations, car parks, shopping centres or any location. The structures can be set up inside buildings too.

With testing about to rapidly increase, the medical staff will need space to get individuals in, tested and out again as quickly as possible to avoid close contact.

Therefore a simple ‘drive-through’ marquee testing centre may be the best option for NHS and local or national authority. Being drive through, would allow a ‘revolving door’ of individuals to receive a test and leave in an orderly manner, without close contact with other members of the public.

Therefore, some Councils and NHS trusts may consider drive-through testing centres. The tents or marquee structures can be large enough for several vehicles to pass through at anyone time, or they can be kept simple and be built large enough for just one vehicle.
